Founder and chocolatier, Rebecca Shank, founded Company Confections in 2015 to make chocolates that reflected her tastes and influences. In her Oakland-based kitchen, she experiments in making playful and unique flavors that local customers love and always come back for, like white chocolate and cardamom or dark chocolate with cherries and ginger. She brings her unique designs and creations to life using the highest quality ingredients from around the globe and exceptional flavors and textures.
